Job Requirements
We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Paras Healthcare. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, monitoring their health condition, and assisting in their recovery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor patients’ health condition and assess their needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in the recovery of patients by providing emotional support
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
